At times we need a different kind of conversation – one that offers a safe, non-judgmental and accepting environment.
Finding the right therapist may be challenging. Like other significant person in your life, it is a meeting between personalities, expectations, needs and desires.
In our collaborative work we will explore what is the vision you have for your life, what is your current experience as well as some of your personal history and world views.
We will increase your self-awareness to ways you manage and cope with current experiences and look at alternative and effective ways for you to reach your goals.
We will focus on your strengths and look for solutions that may work and are maintainable over time.
