We will increase your self-awareness to ways you manage and cope with current experiences and look at alternative and effective ways for you to reach your goals.

We will focus on your strengths and look for solutions that may work and are maintainable over time.

A Bit about me

My life journey took me through various continents, people and work settings.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (WA State LMHC LH60461038) , a Substances Use Disorders Professional (WA State SUDP CD60428256), a Certified Sex Therapist, and a Certified Group Psychotherapist.

I have earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and completed additional specialized education in Substance Use Counseling, Sex therapy and Group therapy.

I have served as a clinical supervisor, a mental health therapist, substance use counselor, co-occurring clinician, relationship and sexuality therapist, group facilitator, researcher, and teacher.

How I work

I have been trained and worked with people struggling with a wide range of issues: depression, anxiety, panic attacks, traumas, domestic violence, addictions, intimate relations and sexual issues, adjustment to life events and more.

My therapeutic work integrates various approaches and techniques and is highly personalized to best fit the person I work with.

I work with individuals adults and Intimate partners.
